This WhatsApp community is for professional networking and discussion among AU/NZ community personnel who are NetSuite users. It is not a marketing or lead-generation channel.
Joining requires submitting the sign-up form and being approved by an admin. Admins may approve or decline any application at their sole discretion, without obligation to explain a decline.
Extended inactivity can result in removal to keep the group useful, regardless of how a member was originally approved.
Members are expected to be respectful, stay on-topic, and avoid spam, unsolicited sales pitches, or unrelated promotion. Illegal, offensive, or misleading content is not permitted. Breach of this code may result in immediate removal, without prior warning.
Members should not share pricing, operational information, or other members' business details without permission, and should use normal commercial judgement about what is appropriate to post in a group setting.
Members must not add anyone to the WhatsApp community themselves — all members must go through the sign-up and approval process. Information and discussion in this group is for use within your own company only. It must not be shared outside your business, and must not be used to generate personal revenue outside your business — for example, taking an idea discussed in the group and selling it, as a product or service, back to other community members. This community exists for discussion, not commercial exploitation of what's shared here.
Separate to the WhatsApp community, monthly Teams sessions will be run by topic. Members may bring non-community guests to these sessions only if the guest is an employee of the same company as the inviting member. Attending a Teams session does not add a guest to the WhatsApp community.
The community owner is not responsible for any conflicts of interest that may arise between members, including competitive or commercial conflicts. Joining and remaining in this community is entirely voluntary and at each member's own discretion, regardless of who else is a member of the group at any given time.
Sign-up data is used only to assess your application and to communicate with you about your membership status. It is not sold or shared with third parties.
Views and information shared by members are their own. The community owner does not verify, endorse, or take responsibility for content posted by members.
Members may leave at any time. Admins may remove any member at any time — for inactivity, breach of these terms, or at their discretion — without prior notice being required.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued membership after changes are made implies acceptance of the current terms.
